Payment Policy

As of January, 2026 my going rate is $60 per Hour.

1. Invoice Terms

Invoice payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless other payment plan has been arranged. Invoices not paid within 30 days will incur a 5% late fee on top of the remaining balance. I appreciate prompt payment, and am always happy to answer any billing questions.

2. Payment Methods

For your convenience, I accept the following payment options: Check, Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

3. Client Credits

Client credits are credit notes stored in your account within my billing portal. If you have available credits, you can choose to apply them to your invoice during payment. Credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Payment Schedule

If needed, I’m happy to work with you to set up a payment schedule for your invoice. This may include split payments or a custom payment plan, as long as it is arranged within 15 days of the invoice due date. All payment schedules must be agreed upon in advance.

5. Processing Fees

Please note that payments made through my billing portal include a processing fee. This fee will be added to the invoice total at the time of payment. There are no processing fees for payments made by check or cash.
